What began as a straightforward window replacement project by West Shore Home spiraled into a cascade of damage, unsafe conditions (mass fiberglass particulate contamination), and costly repairs—turning her home into a construction disaster zone and her life into a battle for accountability.
When West Shore Home refused to take responsibility, the only path forward was legal action.
